I think its high time that the PDC actually release the criteria for the World Championship, Ok its over 6 months away but at least give players a bit of notice of what they should be aiming for?

Assume the draw for today is around 11 or so? Any news of further withdrawals does anyone know?

When is the first international qualifier taking place? Or has it already happened?

Last year, seeing as Beau said nope, the first spot was confirmed at the China Championship in August.

When asked by Barrs about when this will be announced, Porter said "players aren't having places taken away so they should be aiming for what they've always been".
Which implies they have no idea what they're doing.
First international place in theory should be the North America Championship Winner in New York, assuming it's not Matt Campbell that wins it. After that, Nordic and Baltic ends in August and Asia Tour ends in September, both of those relatively early.
If memory serves right, the news of the 2019 Worlds expansion criteria hit in June 2018. At the latest, it'll probably tie in with the ticket release date, which is usually late July.

Further 32 spots TBC.
