Matt Porter comes across as a smug condescending knob in interviews.” How dare you sad folks look at the prize money and work out we are changing the Slam!”

Some other stuff was sensible. I Couldn’t care less about the Exbo tour it’s just a money spinner so long as it keeps making them more money they won’t change it.
Team Corvid 2025 consists of the following 12 players.

Clayton, Littler, Gilding, De Sousa, Wright, Evans, Campbell, Scutt, Lauby, Rob Owen, Patrick Geeraets and Justin Hood.

The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

This is the interview. Actually one of the first times I’ve gone through one and wouldn’t be able to argue about much he said. The only thing I disagree with is his confidence in the current premier league format. I don’t think the viewership increase has anything to do with the format and is more to do with the Luke Littler effect. Plenty of better formats imo
The Littler effect is what's driving the Premier League viewing figures, IF that dies down you will see the actual figures there is still a massive Littler Hype train with people still wanting to see it. Things like that don't last
