Is Jafet Vanegas any good?

I really fancied Soto & Alex Rodriguez I think was the other good Costa Rican?

Only reason MvG isnt playing is because he highly dislikes Noppert. And he tried to avoid him with all kind of reasons. Now he has to come up with a family vacation. Next year he wont have to pull out any tricks as Van Veen will be the second highest ranked dutch player then for sure
