I got new darts this past week.
the microgrooves on my old ones had worn down so much that I was using that
powder on my fingers that strippers use to work their poles just to get a grip.
everything about my set up has changed.
went down two grams to 23.
using long shafts instead of intermediate or super short.
standard flights now instead of pears.
(still punching them and using flight protectors)
they are the Shot darts, "shark bates", designed by owen bates.
scalloped inbetween each ring so that it comes to a point along the entire length.
I love them.
I can't throw them worth shit yet.
it feels just like starting over.
playing around the world.
yeah. a single means I can move on.
a double skip one. a triple skip two. that game.
out of the box it took me 4 darts to hit a double.
two were off the board.
