Beau seems to have really clever game management in these long days. If she's playing someone crap, she will just breeze through at 20%. When she needs to step it up she often seems to be able to. Even when she was in the Slam against the PDC elite she was able to up her level to live with them.

It's clear when she has full focus how fantastic she is, which probably explains why her latest World Championship win was quite underwhelming because she knew she could canter so switched off

This.. I think she has had stamina issues in the past
these are brutal long days tbf and she seems to be handling them well

amazing written his name in "darts stats history" forever. had a look if he went to qschool out of interest

just got 1 point over the final 4 days

day 1 lost to graham hall first round 6-2 with a 78 average
day 2 lost to adam warner first round 6-4 with a 84 average
day 3 lost to ritchie greg last 32 6-2 with a 91 average (greg averaged 102)
day 4 lost to graham usher first round 6-3 with a 81 average

After 4 events, Greaves top average, First 9, 140+. 2nd 100+ (Gruellich). 7th 180 (Van den Bergh, Bates, Thomas) . 3rd O-3DA.

And this should be a lesson to the other high profile female darts players. Your own game will not improve playing someone who averages 50-something. If anything it drags you down. The PDC are lucky to have her… she is going to have a phenomenal year at this rate; she is now seeing the dividends of all these floor events.
