I got a 6foot by 3 foot snooker table one year, and i was the talk of the town!!! (Big town at that) amazing how times have changed. I know i walked around a shopping centre in Newry last year on december 22nd and for the few hours we were there my eyes were well and truly opened.

Buying star gazing equipment. Relatively cheap now, but could be very expensive in the future.

My daughters birthday is next month then Christmas so it's going to be expensive.

Already spend 200 plus on bits, looking to buy a push bike this afternoon for her.

Still have to buy for the wife, gazman's kids and lots of other family members; Ffs.

Argos is my saviour, whack it all on the card with an interest free buy now pay later scheme. They offer up to 9 months and occasionally 12, so I manage to pay it off just before the following christmas.

Good Times.

I fucking hate that time of year.
One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'

Im lucky in that i have a wife that plans things like Christmas with military precision. My wardrobe is already half full with kiddies toys. I can't get a shirt out without an avalanche of Ben 10 figures nearly taking me out.

Is this leading on to "the shirt" not making an appearance at the weekend?
