Possibly part of that is due to forum agenda1205 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2024 9:07 pmInteresting that he's #11 year to date yet it seems like his form hasn't been great this year. Reminds me of Adey Lewis when he lost to Kevin Münch at the Worlds and fell to about 19th in the world…he’s never recovered from that!Safc wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2024 4:30 pmJose couldn't defend Winners money in thisRogg wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2024 3:54 pm Money (rounds) being defended from 2022. Several sharp drops. Half of the top 16 that year aren't even in it lolol.
Ignoring Taylor, Aspinall not being present to defend a massive £73,500 (tournament runner-up plus group winner bonus) could be some kind of record.

Not at all where do you have him finishing/what round do you have him going out in?Emulsfier wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2024 9:47 pmThe Crow wrote: ↑Fri Nov 08, 2024 9:05 pmNo he is a floor warrior. I have him finishing 3rd in the group. Could get through though and potentially win a last 16 won’t be making a semi for the first time in 3 years though even if he says it’s his favorite event.![]()
I’d expect both MvG and Joyce to beat him but first to 5 is brutal.

Honestly Gary could easily top the group or lose to Noa-Lynn and finish bottom. Short format crapshoot you have to keep your wits. Regardless I am expecting him to make it to the last 16.

With all respect I did not state he would be losing in the last 16

That’s funny as I literally have no opinion of you given I have never met you. Not liking by me because I don’t like Gando and point out facts to counter the nonsense the pundits spread about him is odd.

should see majority of this up to thursday evening, then we drive to the inlaws friday evening for her dads 70th birthday party on saturday, so will miss some/all of friday night, and large chunks of the whole final weekend sadly. sunday should be ok for casual viewing atleast, but being huddled round my phone watching the saturday night action mid party will likely be frowned upon.

I guess you also have no opinion on anyone youve ever seen on tv since youve never met them?
And that you cant be sure a tale of two cities begins "it was the best of times, it was the worst of times" if youve never read it?

No hostility from me mate. Some posters seem to have some weird obsession with me because I don’t like Gando and point out his lack of TV ranking success for many many years. I don’t go saying to people I hope you die etc. some very concerning folk on here.
I literally come on here to discuss darts not to be part of some weird hate cult .

He still hasn’t answered my question about how far he expects Gando to go. I thought this was a darts forum?
