i clipped his wings the first time I ever got him out so i could tame him with the intention of never clipping them again unless he hurt himself but for whatever reason he never learned to fly.
I've never seen him fly, he will sometimes jump to the floor and run around but that's about it lol.
My cockatiel likes to fly back to her cage when she wants to go back in, she will fly to me or sometimes around the room in a circle but she doesn't fly much, haven't clipped her since she flew head first into the tv when she was about 6 months old, she seems to have learned her lesson about flying into things.
