The previous tweet seemed to disappear but keep calm! Here is some info on the Indian qualifier.

It seems to be 3 events to create an OoM which is certainly better than a one-off knockout event.

OOM's are much better than a one off qualifier

All International Qualifiers should do this, The only one off qualifier should be the PDPA one at the end

I think that it's a push from the PDC not just to get consistency, but also adding money.

Talksport will have radio commentary again so that's excellent. It says the prize fund hasn't been announced yet. That does appear to be true.

Toylo & Azemoto secure Ally Pally debuts alongside Ilagan & Nebrida

https://www.pdc.tv/news/2024/10/08/toyl ... an-nebrida

So if Asian Championship finalist/s has already qualified for the Worlds, the spot/s will go the semi/quarter-finalist/s in OoM order.

The third staging of the PDC Asian Championship will take place in Manila from October 17-20, as the continent’s top stars compete in the US$100,000 event.

The PDC Asian Championship winner and runner-up will qualify for the World Darts Championship, but if either or both players have already qualified from the PDC Asian Tour Order of Merit then the place(s) would be passed to the next-best-placed non-qualified player from the PDC Asian Championship (split by PDC Asian Tour OOM if required using standard PDC countback rules).

Agreed, pure gibberish

If any Asia Tour 4 do well in the Championship, then just go go down the OOM as Thorn says

Common sense
