Theres been loads of singles leagues going on over the summer and its been well better, Iv won some cash, Iv played great darts and I havent had to hang around bored waiting on the game finishing. Would much prefer either smallers league teams with longer matches or singles events replacing the team season. Plus I'm sick of old men in the team trying to "coach" me when im already much better than them.
Every league has loads of them oul fuckers lurkin with their shitty big brass darts, the eniviatably throw at 19s just to make marking harder

Our local league has always been team of 8, one leg 501 singles, one leg 601 pairs, one leg 1001 eights.

I won't be playing in it this year unless it switches to best of three. Which still isn't really good.
