Gilbert Ulang

Was one of the pioneers of Philippines darts before it got really big. Played decent in a couple World Cups I recall.

Sadly the one thing people will remember him for is his 7 year match fixing ban.
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

Roger Carter - beating the number 1 seed Wolfie in the 1997 Worlds. I have no idea why this memory has stuck, but I remember that whole Saturday vividly.

Michael Plooy

Missing multiple match darts against Steve West at one of the ETs while he barely missed any before the deciding leg in that match. West won finally.

Alcinas was better than just a one hit wonder, who was his partner at the world Cup when they beat England?

Probably so, but I don't remember anything he was involved in after that game.

Although I do recall Spain beating England in the 2010 World Cup now that you've posted it.

In fairness he also revealed his bottom at the tiny side room, so 2 things.
