has anybody got an iPad? if so, what do you think about them?

the wife bought one the other day saying we needed on, yet we have two laptop's and an iPhone so i don't see the point

Missus wants one for Christmas. How much are they and are they easy to get or willit be one of those Christmas gifts no cunt can get their hands on like DS's were a few years ago.
