Generally the average increases because they're getting fewer darts at double.

And for that reason you should probably take the respective averages of the UK and EU tour card winners with a pinch of salt, there may more depth to the UK Q-School, but the overall quality of the tour card winners is usually fairly even

Objectively, Killer is awful.

https://app.dartsorakel.com/player/details/2168

In my head I was thinking if he'd ever made a semi, but if that's right he's never even made a PC QF in four years and 100-odd attempts.

But in a world where "Master" is considered an unacceptable nickname, he's literally called Killer, and we should all respect that.

He has been a killer for some at Q School.

8 years ago and while his name has always been around he hasn't really achieved anything else.

Has he been up to anything interesting? I know he played Modus, don't remember watching him. Any good?

His tournament average does not indicate great things, although a few players below him are quite big names. You never know really.

Regardless he will be a talking point and I'm fascinated to find out how he does.
I remember the darkness on the BDO Fanatics page when he said he was off to the PDC after winning the lakey youth. 'He seemed a nice lad...'

8 years later, he finally has a tour card. I've not retained much of what happened to him in between. He's been waiting a long time for this moment and must be very happy.

Dom achieved 94.01 over 7 days. In doing so his averages weren't really inflated. His numbers give him every chance on the pro tour, more so against the lower ranks.

Of the youngsters, Littler is the obvious standout. Owen Bates, Leighton, Dom, Joshua etc... Is there a list available of the average age in the top 128. It's surely been lowered.

Lastly, is there a list of players who lost their tour cards? Burness and Burnett spring to mind and both in their 50's.

The youth are taking over

Good spot. Poor Jamie. Rogg all but proclaimed him world champion after that ill-fated night in London
