The real ssjsa wrote: Sat Jan 13, 2024 9:46 pm Have not really been keeping an eye on Q School results due to work commitments, but have to say this year overall the qualifiers are no surprise.

For me Klaasen, Baetens, Puha, Van Dongen and Szganski if he doesn't turn up tomorrow from the Euro Qualifier and Lennon and Bennett from the UK Qualifier are going to add to the Tour.

Out of all those already qualified, really pleased for Leighton Bennett whom I think is an exceptional talent and could do really well on the tour.

Hoping Andy Boulton and Danny Lauby hold on their position on the OOM going into their last day and also Plaiser from the European Q School.
Evening SSJA.
Good evening to you Senna.

Bennett comes across quite well in the interview. Strange how all these years forum warriors have presumed he is not a nice lad because he fist pumps. He grew up watching MVG.

With a Székely-Major final, still both of the Hungarians can qualify if I calculated well. Let's hope for the best.

If the other 126 players catch Covid there is a chance
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

I'm not denying he was a twat there, but to be fair to him, he was, what, 13/14 at the time, and he must have been having an unholy amount of smoke blown up his arse, hopefully the relative lack of success over the past 4 years, plus a kid he used to beat overshadowing him massively, has grounded him

Let's see how he develops as a player. Rather than concentrating on what happened years ago.

Point is that the past presumptions about his character were based on more than just "fist pumps".

Perhaps he has matured. We shall see.

Not a great look doing this for something he did when he was a child. Just saying.

Hopefully it doesn't take him until he's 50 to 'mature'!

What you have to remember here Chris is that 90% of those posting on here can't as much as go to a local pub to practice let alone play competitive darts in any respect so spend their lives taking it out on those that do.

Not the point.

You posted that posters thought he wasn't a nice lad because he did "fist pumps". Which wasn't the case. It was his behaviour in that video, and other instances, that Ginge and others took exception to.

Ok so I take it by that stance you have that you will treat posters that have misbehaved on here with the same respect then?

Euro preferences:

so if radek szaganski doesn't play today he's assured of winning a tour card.
decisions. decisions. what's he going to choose to do?

hoping for puha, van dongen, radek & mario to get cards which all look done or likely

wesley plaisier still scares me, but as long as he remains on the other side of my computer screen, I guess it'd be ok if he carded up.

really hoping for rusty-jake to climb into the dark green to keep his brother company.

still like john michael and it would be interesting to see what the next two years
of eating food on the road would do to him.

might as well add in a hungarian to handicap greipel's picks in future prediction comps.

UK preferences:

pushing hard for danny lauby

alex spellman has got a pyramid to climb today.
may the gods be with him.

Fallon Sherrock because oh, what a story!

Székely's playing well during the whole q-school but I'm doubt he can win the whole day today again just like in stage 1. Major looks absolutely hopeless.

Arihara is such a disappointment after his great first stage performances.
