Well done Skweezit, I managed to reel you in from a 60 point deficit then my gambles didn't pay off.
Decent fight in the comp as there were a few that were catching Skweezit after his early lead and actually thought someone might have but in the end a well earned win.

thank-you so much for all of your pats on the back.
yes, dave-b, it was a decent fight.
once I got past rogg, darts secretary, jimmi, mabbsy & tungsten tossers,
I kept expecting someone to run me down.
chasing feet sounds filled my ears.
my nostrils detected the hot oil smell coming off a deep fryer.
I sustained a crick in my neck from my constant looking back over my shoulder,
but did I complain?
no, because there are no excuses in The Worlds.
malanox, jimmi & rogg kept almost grabbing my legs as we all scurried up the leaderboard ladder.
one particular night, in the far off distance I could hear some sort of creature baying prolongedly,
but, weirdly enough, it wasn't scary, it sounded joyful, downright happy, I'd say.
day 13 arrived along with the heavy odor of alcohol.
that must have been you, daveboy, making a well-timed stumble to right behind me.
It made me question that maybe my picking ability was getting brittle and broken?
so that night I put it in an airtight container along with a piece of bread
and it softened right up by the morning.
day 14 I made my brilliant move (read got lucky) and received the prediction crown along with all of it's rights and privileges on day 16.
my first decree is
gold stars for everyone in the prediction comp.
ps. pat on the back to safc.
