before the boys toe up to the oche, I should probably stretch out my typing finger so that it doesn't cramp up during the match.
c'mon cool hand!
ah, nice and limbered up now.

They are both going ro score like idiots
They can't help but not
It's going to come down to a dart at double here and there
Surely hump is likely to hit more under the pressure

Looking forward to this. Think it'll be a spectacle one way or another, hopefully in the close fought nail biter sense.
Think Hump has to be the slight favourite although based on current form not a great deal between them. Have a hunch Littler may be the best opponent for Humphries as it's allowed him to fly under the radar somewhat. Not a huge amount of fan fare in becoming the new number 1 etc as focus has been on Littler. Just feel that may suit Humphries and reduce the pressure some.

I've changed my mind and gone for a Littler 7-5 win as i'll enjoy the game a lot more fully rooting for him

Also a Paul Linwood enjoyer

Evening all, am so excited to see this match, think Humphries wins 7 5 but if I'm wrong I'll be as happy as I've been since Taylor won the title in 2013 vs MVG, what a tournament, hopefully it's a final that will go down in darts folklore

Genuinely can't remember the last time a darts match was so anticipated.

The only crumb of downside I can envisage with darts' growing popularity would be a surge of arrogant wannabe fans who know 2 or 3 players swallowing up the core, dedicated fanbase
