@Rogg have you watched Time yet? Good series, I've watched 2 episodes so far, there's only 3. The first series though last year was excellent, was a completely different story though (Male prison)

I'm glad it's going well. I saw a few mins here and there on Sunday night. The subject matter is so bleak that I'm not likely to give it a proper viewing at any point really.TheMalteseDart wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 10:45 pm @Rogg have you watched Time yet? I know. It's a bit pathetic but I have to look after myself. Fly the Jodie flag for me mate.TheMalteseDart wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 11:03 pmPfft call yourself a Jodie Whittaker fanRogg wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 10:56 pmI'm glad it's going well. She will apparently soon be in a Netflix series called 'Toxic Town': 'dramatization of the quest for justice after the Corby Poisonings'.
It's all misery.

The new series of Frasier isn't that bad so far.
It still probably wasn't worth bringing it back, but I expected worse.

I'll watch that tonight. First 4 have been good, although it was ridiculous to have Frasier not knowing how to pronounce Celtics.

I found the flashbacks to his TV show in episode 3 amusing.

It was a bit annoying that Episode 5 was such a rip off of The Club. But a lot of the later season episodes recycled plots too. It was still a good episode.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 03, 2023 7:33 amYep, I watched episode 5 last night.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Fri Nov 03, 2023 6:33 amHave you watched Episode 5 yet?sennafan24 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 03, 2023 4:42 am The new series of Frasier isn't that bad so far.

Good spot. I knew there was something familiar about it.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 4:36 am It was a bit annoying that Episode 5 was such a rip off of The Club. But a lot of the later season episodes recycled plots too. It was still a good episode.
I think every episode has been reasonable so far. Nothing special, but watchable.

I think it's interesting how little attention has been paid to Frasier's love life so far.
Lilith is returning at some stage, I think they might be setting it up for them to end up together.

There was a clip in a trailer I saw for the season where Frasier agrees to a date.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 11:52 am I think it's interesting how little attention has been paid to Frasier's love life so far.

So I assume his love life will be a key theme in an upcoming episode.
