A 2nd ET for Belgium plus one for Switzerland.

A new venue for the Netherlands event.

Germany now has a minority share. Jena has vanished, and... another one.

Important point: Masters is after the PL opening night so won't be used for selection reasons.

Bit of a shame as it added some interest to a mediocre tournament
