20% Edam then? I think i remember reading that it has dutch origins so there must be a fair bit.

Quality, high fat, low carb foods that actually satisfy appetite are more like the solution than the problem when it comes to diet imo. Cheese is boss.

Got given some cheese as an early Christmas gift today,
Bonfire smoke, Isle of Mull cheddar and Lanark blue which I seem to recall is a favourite of Emus.
All were excellent, especially the Lanark blue.
