I remember him getting suddenly lively in floor events and playing surprisingly well against Taylor at the Grand Prix in that same phase. Any reason Gilding lost so early? I bet nobody knew he’d be the most successful player out of that list (Excluding perv Hankey). Or maybe it was obvious, I have no idea what Gildings standing was in the game 11 years ago
