They should have invested £1k in an accountant to do the due diligence

Yep, and turned a few hundred into several hundred thousand.

They could still play the challenge tour this year, £2k x16 to the winner, finish in the top 2 and win a tour card.

= Not only would they MAKE MONEY, they would be able to play the 2017 and 2018 pro tour without having had to play q-school. Sure Warty would hunt them down in cold blood, but at the end of the day he is a short man.

Also be able to enter the Euro events as well. Not too shabby a deal

Ah yes of course, as associate members.

So, does anyone seriously expect to see somebody who played at Lakeside (men or women) to be playing this year's challenge tour?

Post of the day. I would say 100% No, but Fallon Sherrock played some of the development tour last year, so you never know, there could be the odd blip, but none of them will be playing it with the intention of winning a tour card. Absolutely not.

Glum old men wandering around moaning, it's the last of the summer wine yet again. I hate these people.

It was reported Mitchell and Durrant gave him money, aye (not Scotty as the thread title says as I was a spastic and typed the wrong name)

I could believe Mitchell gave Brown 10k.

Mitchell was claiming in late 2015 that PDC players would be switching back to the BDO by choice ffs. He clearly fell for Warren's scam.
