I think of Jimbob as a kind version of Alex Roy.

There are similarities between Chizzy and Williams.

- Both are prone to falling short in big games

- Both lack commitment

- Neither are the sharpest knife in the drawer

Biggest difference is that Chizzy is the much better talent. Hence why he's been in the PL, something Williams will probably never achieve.

Only thing I disagree on is Chizzy dosen't lack commitment I can never remember him skipping an event. He goes to everything and will always try certainly dosen't go petulant if losing.
