absolutely, and for the dads too. Doctor Who has always been 'for all', as the broadest and (imo) greatest ever idea for a TV show. The actual trick is to make it good.Randall wrote: ↑Mon Feb 06, 2023 6:40 pmBack in the 70s and 80s with all the attractive female companions that was clearly the aim with its tatget audience of teen boysRogg wrote: ↑Mon Feb 06, 2023 5:25 pmI guess the implication is that heyy women can finally feel 'included' in the show.
The irony being that every woman on earth seems to have a giant crush on Tennant's Doctor and the show was massive back then because of him and Billie Piper.
It's almost as though women want the Doctor to be a hot young man. Oh noes.

It was a last minute decision to create a face blur regeneration. Originally they were to have Hartnell fall to the floor and his cloak falls over his face. He later removes it from over face and he's a different man. Not quite so genius.
Worse still, Troughton wanted to play the Doctor in blackface with a turban. No jokes.

Not only darts in in Cardiff today, they are filming Doctor Who there right now. Ncuti is there they say and the club is crammed with extras, giddy!

Not sure quite what's happened but underpants patrol seems to be clawing at Colin Baker.

A chucklesome read. Bloody Jodie simps, it's not as though they are her primary one like I am.

I don't know but it's usually the people whose profiles are smothered with hearts and rainbows who are the quickest to get nasty which is interesting.
