Have a look for 'Russian Doll' which has Natasha Lyonne in it, the Poker Face woman. From what I read a while back it is peppered with Columbo bits.

Loads on Netflix then. The documentaries with tapes in about Dahmer, Gacy and Bundy in worth a watch also.
