Obviously on the laptop its fine as its a black background. It did amuse me though.
Think you can change Tapatalk settings to make it a dark background, actually. Will look.
EDIT - aye it has a "night reading" mode, have changed it.

So they gave a card to the Top 96 eligible players from the OoM.
4 eligible players declined: Chris Mason, Lionel Sams, David Fatum, Scott Burnett
and their places trickled down the list to: Par Riihonen, Dave Smith, Stuart Dutton, Scott Rand
Here's the missing link. They shifted the cut-off date... https://www.pdc.tv/news/pdc-protour-statement
...which disadvantaged 5 players, so they received cards too: Matt Padgett, Ian White, Dave Ladley, Jason Clark, Kevin Dowling
= 101 cards were awarded from the OoM.

There should be a tournament only for new tour card holders

Top 8 or top 16 new card holders. Knockout. Excluding those who have already had a card

So a total of 17 players have had tour cards every year since 2011, and 5 have missed just one year. Here's a grid of everyone with 10 or more (repost, first had an error)

Ross Smith and Magnificent Murnan were a surprise. I thought they'd been far more patchy than that.
