How much time a week do you need to devote to work and study? Maybe you can try not logging in to here until your lunch break at work? then get back to work and only log in again at the end of your shift?

If you have study, set aside specific blocks of time on your days off to get that done and don't use the internet for other reasons during that time. Or if possible get up an hour early so you can get something done before work.

Whatever your plan is you need discipline to stick to it though.

Work is around 30 hours

Study I really don't know cause I'm not actually doing any of it. For months. I need to get this shite done. I have completed all my courses more than a year ago. I always had great grades. Without bragging I have an above average intelligence and studying has never been a problem. However with this thesis I'm on my own and there is no one pushing me, no deadlines to do anything except the final one so I have to figure out everything by myself.
