Funnily enough, my folks got Sky a few days before the 2000 version kicked off.

I was hooked after that.

Although I did skip watching the Grand Prix some years and much of the first PL IIRC.

MvG playing two absolute greenhorns in a QF for two consecutive years.
One of them also had one ghastly quarter after a bunch of seeds got surprised in the opening round.
