Shocker this one RIP he wasn't particularly great commentator but seemed a decent bloke and way too soon.

Re: RIP Nigel Pearson
Sad news for his friends and family, as others have said dreadful commentator and he was in love with the prowler, but rip to him.
harsh but he won't be missed by this darts viewer.

Him retiring from commentary would have been just fine, life is cruel though.

Re: RIP Nigel Pearson
Wonder who will replace him?
Paul Woodage was touting himself as a pundit the other day on twitter.
Anyway, RIP Nigel.

If they want someone who can do speedway and darts, they should go with Scott Mitchell.

I'm sure they can organise a private jet for any that are further. The Thorn wrote: ↑Sun Apr 17, 2022 1:50 pmAs long as it's not more than 2 hours travelCaptain Hobo wrote: ↑Sun Apr 17, 2022 1:48 pm If they want someone who can do speedway and darts, they should go with Scott Mitchell.
Seriously, now that Rod Studd has recovered it's not as if Sky are short of commentators. Devon will probably get a full time gig once he loses his Tour Card as well.
