Hinks can do this. PDC dont have an issue with their callers/Refs doing over events. Bray was doing the Malta Open a few weeks ago

I was more looking for why he has been fucked off by the PDC.
He refused to commit to doing foreign events this year so it was agreed he would take a year out and review before the worlds. Was on FB about 3 weeks ago.

Was always inevitable Paul (Russ in a couple years too probably) would need replaced. Huw is alright, as long as they don't fuck up I couldn't care less who the referees are
