4k in 28 minutes.

35 minute H.I.T session was a struggle towards the end. Sit ups.

After October's false dawn I really need to make an effort to get back at it

Just met and had my photo with my hero ‘sex God’ Joe Wicks. Sexiest man since Steve Beaton.

Re: The Exercise Thread
Last month or so i've decided to stop being lazy and got my gym membership back, and also mixing in a few runs during the week too.
Unfortunately I completely fucked my calf during a run the other week somehow and think i've torn the muscle which has put pain to my running for a bit.
In lockdown i got really into running 5k's because there was fuck all else to do. I'm not a lover of running but it did used to make me feel good and i went from running 5k's in about 33 minutes to doing them in about 25:50, you can improve really quickly.
Atm i'm stuck on 30 minutes, but know if i do 2/3 a week i can shave that time off, just frustrating my leg is fucked.
One thing i've noticed from lifting weights in the gym is it completely fucks my ability to play darts. I'm not just worse i can barely hit the board after training. Is this just me? Can't imagine some of the fitter dart players aren't regularly in the gym so surely it doesn't affect them like it is for me.

4k run this morning before breakfast. Maintaining fitness, but doesn’t take up too much time.

Re: The Exercise Thread
Anyone been exercising recently? I try to go gym 3/4 times a week, and been going for 1 run a week. I need to up that to at least 2 or 3 too, but i'm blaming the weather.
Thankfully i bought an exercise bike, genuinely such a good investment to get a sweat on when you cba to go outside

Re: The Exercise Thread
I'm still running 2 miles daily and also have a 20 minute home workout.
I'm 12 stone 5lbs at the moment [6ft]. My goal is to add more bulk and get up to 13 stone by the summer.
