How do I post Images?

Not taking the piss here lads, post almost every day and I'm still actually not sure how to post images on here...

Would love to be able to contribute to the would you bang it thread, emma paton pictures and pictures of unhealthy food threads...

If you try to quote this post you see how it's done. It's just the url copied in and you click on the icon to put the image tag on it
