Another one again, this time going down 10-5 and deservedly so.
Threw absolute crap in my singles taking around 27 to thirty darts to finisn. My opponent was on tops while I was on 200+. How I won I will never know, lad must have been gutted. Seriously pissed off with my game especially after the way I threw against Knots the other evening.
One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'

You think you were paying too much attention to what your opponent was throwing micko? Instead of just playing the board I mean?

Your throw on Thursday shows you're more than capable, I agree, was just like the old days of getting 2 shots at a double in 12 sets at frogs house.

Still not shabby sir. I've been scoring well recently, but doubling has been poor. Down to a finish on average after 21 darts. 9 darts for a double though.

In all honesty i played shite, he's not a bad player and won a student comp at Strathclyde University last week and for his prize they gave him a Unicorn Striker board, steak pie and a 24 bottle crate of beer.

I managed to kick his ass last night though, won every game 4 round the clocks, 2 cut in halves, 2 mickey mouse's a 501 and a 301.
Pfft youngsters.

You? Fiddling with your dart setup? Never! You do like the grooves on those mervs though.

Only thing I've done is change flights to slightly slimmer standards.

At my aunts, they were the set in the board at the time so just grabbed them.
Got long aluminium stems in but no rubber stops, doing my tits in tightening them every throw.

I have stopped using the rubber rings for a while, & it is weird having to stop & tighten the stem.
