Van Gerwen is a horrible mong to watch at times with the fist pumps but has previous for being sporting and gracious in defeat. Seems decent to the fans as well (but I could be wrong)...

Smith on the other hand is disgustingly petulant and disgusting to look at in general. His attitude towards Durrant in 2019 and the PL debutants this year has been laughable.

This all would've been excusable if he backed up the arrogance by translating his obvious talent to concrete greatness. However, he's arguably the biggest choker in the history of darts, with the possible exceptions of Mike Gregory and Ian White. Van Gerwen's arrogance is warranted as he has produced a standard of play in patches unparalleled by anyone, even Taylor.

Smith by a landslide is worse. So I'll root for MVG.
