Will tonight be the last time there is a TV session without fans in...?

Haven't really missed the fans. No question they add another dimension to the game as well as atmosphere. Admit I miss the fans more than walk on girls. Remember the melt down over the cancelling of that stupid nonsense.

It's an interesting one I still feel DVDB, Jose, And Lice at the worlds dont win them tournaments with fans in but we will never know.

I do think its proved to be more of a level playing field for the likes of Clayton, DVDB, de Sousa, DVD etc

I think the glass chin of lice would have won with fans. The others highly doubt it. It will be interesting to see how they perform when fans are back. Could new found confidence make them better? Seemed to work for Aspinall who I thought his win over cross who gave up was suspect.

Yep I wouldn't at all be surprised if The Matchplay onwards we go back to the MVG, Lice, Wright dominance

I am not so sure that it will....The top 3 will definitely be better in front of a crowd, but I don't think that they will dominate anymore.
A full crowd may have made the arse drop out of the trousers of Dimi, Jose and Jonny in their finals, but now they have won their titles, I think that they will be more confident if they get to a TV final with a crowd.

Time will tell I suppose..........

Unibet Premier League Play-Offs boost as tickets sell out

https://www.pdc.tv/news/2021/05/07/unib ... s-sell-out

The last four league nights of the season will be followed by the Play-Offs on Friday May 28 - which will be held in front of a sell-out crowd following high demand after tickets went on General Sale on Thursday.

Speaking to Sky Sports on Thursday evening, PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter said: "We can't wait - it's the best news we've had for 15-16 months.

"To put tickets on sale and we've sold out of Friday, the final night, already and Thursday's getting on its way, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we're going to have a great crowd in as well.

I dress up like a walk-on girl for the beginning of each game and strut around my poorly lit basement. I'm a solutions person.

If they were all dressed like women in that then I'd probably watch it but I do think I'm unwell.

He done that three times just last night I think and a few times too was clearly still thinking a finish was still on with a dart in hand then once the player hits their big single DECLARES opponent "will be back".

BUT I enjoy his enthusiasm, so will give him a bit of time to adapt plus my Mrs gets fits of giggles at his BOOMING voice
