Hey what's been up fellow dart players ?

Just wanted to share with you all darts mental training book. If you want to improve your mental abilities while playing darts, this book is what you are looking for. The book is written by darts mental coach of many German top darts players and talents, Richard Weese.
Richard has worked with :
WDF Europe Youth Cup winner 2015,
European youth champion soft tip darts 2016 and 2017,
German champion steel and soft tip darts,
Bavarian darts champion 2018,

What advice would you give someone who constantly makes up stories about their ability and tournament wins? Is this covered in the book by any chance?

I'm not sure if I can afford the book at the moment but I'm interested in the hypnosis part. Do you sell that separately? Maybe you can hypnotise me on the phone?
