Hah Sevco, its still says Rangers in all the papers
It may well do, but it's not the same club. Football, for better or worse, is a business. And in the business world, once a company goes bust, that's it.
There is a team in F1 with the 'Lotus' name, but in reality they have little to do with the team that Colin Chapman started.
An ex-club for 11 years fail to register all relevant paperwork for player contracts and get a fine of £250k, completely pointless, all that has happened is that the creditors list has increased.
But Spartans only dated a contract once and didn't gain a sporting advantage but that didn't save them from being booted out the cup.
What's fair!!! I know where my thoughts lie and it leaves the Scottish game, corrupt to the core

Cannot strip them of league titles since rangers no longer exist
Titles could still be stripped but they won't, HMRC can't enforce that & no danger the corrupt Scottish authorities will do it whilst the President is the former secretary of the dead club who was signing the illegal cheques
The Rangers fans don't do irony, they claim they were cheated out of the CL in 92/93 by Marseille because they bribed refs, yet they were bribing players to come and play for them, but don't think that is cheating!
