World open price money not that bad
CHAMPION men’s
€3,000.00
RUNNER-UP
€1,500.00
SEMI FINALISTS
€750.00
QUARTER FINALISTS
€375.00
LAST 16
€200.00
LAST 32
€100.00
LAST 64
€50.00
CHAMPION woman’s
€1,500.00
RUNNER-UP
€750.00
SEMI FINALISTS
€375.00
QUARTER FINALISTS
€200.00
LAST 16
€100.00
LAST 32
€50.00
I still think scrap add to world master prize fund unless they can get sponsors to boost it up by 20k
Amd still bad the format not changed from last time if legs has to stay had be longer later stages I say best of 13/17/21 from last 8 men’s

It is €40 entry fee, so that will pay for the greater part of the prize money, it isnt money they have in the bank. I think they also want to make it attractive to come over with 3 different tournaments, with 6/4 Lakeside spots on offer. Plus it adds a day of drinking and hotel, and the WDF probably made a deal about that. Travel costs are big on the tour, and I can imagine some players cant do the tour outside their region, but can get these serie of tournaments in.

There will be a good number of players from countries where they don't play or travel much involved in itwillem0000 wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2024 6:12 amIt is €40 entry fee, so that will pay for the greater part of the prize money, it isnt money they have in the bank. Former Masters/Lakeside champs are qualified, would be great to see a couple of those names there (Wolfie!). Players like Wolfie and Durrant are probably also good for the views/visitors.
