Being fair any forum needs restrictions otherwise it becomes a race to find the lowest level a topic could possibly reach. Problems tend to arise when things are acceptable one day and not the next which is why we set out our stall from day one and everyone knows where the line is.

Trying to be impartial I've seen stuff that's rightly been dealt with and fair play, I've also seen stuff that should have been dealt with (in my opinion) and hasn't. Therein lies the problem.
After we left they tried to be everything that we weren't and it was only ever gonna result in one thing, ugly chaos. When they realised they got it wrong and tried to take control of the boards back the outcome again was predictable. They modded a guy after he put a similar pic up with the intention of getting another member into trouble at work so I expect you to be made admin soon!
