The paragraph starting "subsequently" is the key one here, basicslly every cunt knew Barney cheated and there was fuck all they could do about it bar not invite him to play again (which they did), they then got the DRA in to monitor future events during which Gollum and Dutch Scum both cheated.

As much as a prick as Barney is, they couldnt get the DRA in and then backdate his match fixing, he has actually played a blinder here.
