I have totally burnt out in EU4 these weeks. Had a try with the Inca Empire recently but got totally crushed be the Spanish, Portuguese and French combined. Any advice of a nation/country/city state to play with?

Just searched Crusader Kings in here and found this post. Just downloaded CK3 today, never played anything like this before.
