Tech Advice - Making Videos

I would like to start making some basic chess instruction videos for my pupils. I have never done anything like this before and wondered if anyone could advise me as to which software I should use.

The videos are going to be highly simple - basically I want it to record what I have on my laptop screen with my voice over the top. Something very similar to the example shown below.
