If Wade could sharpen up on his scoring, he has a great chance of winning the big one.

If he played like he did the weekend just gone, he could be in the thick of it come the World’s this year.

But a long, long way to go yet.

I’ll treat SAFC to something better that.

Maybe an IBIS?

It seems Wadey is, he seems to be well liked by other players as well. You rarely see him have a spat with players. Whitlock about 9 years ago and some with Lewis but even they seem to be good pals.

In the last few months Wades scoring has definitely increased. As even his biggest detractors on here will admit, his finishing under pressure is as good as anyone playing the game today and along with MVG he is the best ton plus finisher out there.
I’ll be accused of being biased but with Wades increase in scoring I think he will have a very good year, maybe another one or two tv titles. If he was to win two more I’d obviously hope one would be the worlds and the GSOD for me as he made 3 finals, two of which he should have won.

I assume most of it is banter tbh. I mean we all have our favourites but let’s be honest if you saw Wade in the street you are not going to go upto him and stick the nut on him are you?
There are some players to my mind that clearly have annoying traits eg Bullyboys petulance, Prices antics ( although I don’t have an issue with him I can see how some wouldn’t like that)
I genuinely don’t get the disdain for Wade on here, he has said several times in interviews that he is lucky to be playing darts when others are losing their jobs, hardly the behaviour of a twat.
