I won't be having any blasphemy towards the great John Part!

I'd have him above Wade.
2 world titles beats out anything Wade has ever done.

I think Part v Wade can be argued either way. Part has the Worlds wins, Wade has more major/TV wins and longevity. Anyway, the suggestion that Part isn't higher than top 20 is the stupidest thing you'll read here today.

Face it, Part has won three world titles. Impressive? His BDO title was the year after the split up - a very dried up field. His 2008 title was in a final against bloody Kirk Shepherd, arguably the worst PDC Worlds final ever. His 2003 title was great, but don't forget that the two years before that he got destroyed by the Power.
He was the second best player from 2001-2005 but still massively overshadowed by Phil Taylor. The things he did after that were just lucky spells. The 2008 Worlds win makes it seem like he was great at that time but since 2006 he's hardly done anything to back it up with.

Matters not one jot. Two PDC world titles are two PDC world titles. No arguments and no need to "back it up". Of course he was overshadowed by Taylor, most of the great players were at one point.

I actually agree with Viz here.

Part is a bit overrated.

A new name coming to the classic list then.

Price and Whitlock have TV titles but not these ones.

Wade's lack of world title looking more absurd than ever.
