Does Barnard retain that 22K on the order of merit or does he lose it?

Token annual requirement for Dimitri to get his arse up that table. Ridiculous how far he is from being a seed on the floor. This sounds sick, it wasn't supposed to. On the pro tour he actually struggles to keep company with players who are losing their cards.

I see Erik has posted it with all totals correct for the new season.

That's some good company the 5 Time Champion of the World is keeping there.

Why does Krzysztof Ratajaski keep his ranking and Michael Barnard looses his ranking even though they both earned tour cards last year?

A cool 4,500 ahead of the current World Professional Champion, not to be sniffed at.

Ratajski got into the Top 64 on the main OoM. Barnard didn't.

If you're in the Top 64 at the end of the season - whether you had a tour card or not - you keep your money and get a 1-year card.

Cheers Rogg that must apply to Rodriguez as well

Failed to crack the 64 (even with a card) so yes Rodriguez starts again from zero with a 2-year card.

At least he's not defending much, if he actually produces on the floor he can shoot right up assuming he maintains his stage form. Max Hopp must be laughing-this time last year he was going nowhere, now he's looking at a top 16 place in 12 months time

Anyway, it's important that Hopp gets off to a good start this year, with the changes in the European Tour, he could really do with being seeded rather than rely on coming through the European TC qualifiers. He won ET4 last year so that's a big chunk to come off in April, without that, he's only just seeded for PC events

23 Krzysztof Ratajski Poland £46,000
Saw interview with him yesterday (from Sat or Sun), he is aiming for Pro Tour Top16 :D crazy? donno, guess so...
TBF he said it sounds bald and ambitious but this is his goal for this season and he is counting on that

You should have goals I guess ;)

It's a very achievable goal tbf. Between February when his UK Open qualifier money (£15k) comes off, and October, when his Players Championship title earnings come off, he's defending a mere £11k on the ProTour OoM from last year. Not winning a card last year has its benefits, this is a massive bonus year for Rats

I haven't seen a list of players skipping PC 1-2, but according to this tweet, Nathan Rafferty (below Dave Prins on countback in 6th place on £1300) is in. I guess that's Cadby, Anderson, Suljovic, and probably 3 other Premier League and/or foreign players skipping the event?
