After his dismal performance in Atlanta is Tiger finished as a serious contender or come next year will he be back to his brilliant best?

Maybe a bit early to write him off as he's been out of the game for a while due to various reasons.

I personally wouldn't write him off but there's no chance of him being the superstar of golf that he was,At best if fit he might pick up one or two majors but i would say his best days are well behind him.

Agree completely.

Much of Tiger's success was due to the intimidation factor imo. Whenever he was at the top of the leader board come final day the rest of the field just fell away. Whereas now that just isn't the case. Hes no longer looked at as unstoppable, and players believe he is beatable. His game is too good for him not to compete, but the days where he blew the field away are long gone.

Fingers crossed mate. Could be beers on you come November.
