Today's number: 5
The average number of times you have to insert a Morrisons more card into a petrol pump to register the fucking points...
Feel like a Free Bird (Lynyrd Syknyrd 1974) to add your favorite annoying number.....if you can be arsed

5 is also the number of t.v finals that Chizzy has lost. A dreadful number indeed.

Chizzy's losing TV final averages, just for the record.
81.29 (double-in)
98.02
96.71
94.22
99.24
Would be good if the lad could at least threaten winning a final.

The last four are pretty good. The Grandslam was his best final by a distance, he definitely threatened to win that one, especially when he went 10-10 after being behind all game. Sometimes, MVG was just too good. 108 in the pc finals, very few would have challenged in that one. The one with Wolfie can be forgiven being his first and he competed in that too. He also competed in the Masters final, MVG just hit the crucial doubles and stayed ahead.
Chizzy's final record is somewhat derailed by posters on this forum because they fail to look past his pathetic Grand Prix performance, but the other individual performances have not been that bad. Against other players like Wright, Wade, Lewis, Mawson, he probably would have won 4 t.v titles; he is unlucky to have had MVG and Taylor standing behind him.
In conclusion, Chizzy's performances in t.v finals are not as bad as people make out, the evidence is there to support this
fact.

Zeyes seems to think so. Eurosport seem to have totally bailed on darts not just in this country, but elsewhere.

Pi - because it gets boring after the first ten thousand digits
and there's way too many 5's in it for my taste.

Well I didn't think that would stretch to globally showing the event. A disaster either way.
The BDO get a company called Pitch International to sell international rights. They have done a sterling job...
