what a great frickin effort by Mark Hylton tonight!! I've met Mark a couple of times (played him in my first ever tournament) Really good player, really nice guy to chat to. Gutted he lost but my word he tested Taylor tonight. He can be proud

Hylton was excellent tonight, never gave up til the fat lady sang. Other darters please take note.

it was indeed a great effort and yes, very frick worthy. he got the jump, the tide went out for a while and then he rode it back in.
it was a good match. how did it go when you played him, if i may ask?

As much as Hylton didn't quite get there he gave Taylor plenty to think about by not giving in. Fair play and a good performance under pressure

Lost 4-0...but I had darts at the double in every leg

I keep thinking that myself....I think it's where I go wrong in this game
