Shocking lack of knowledge from Carter.
Are sullivans 7 titles in 31 attempts that impressive? 22%
Taylor's strike rate in darts is closer to 60%
If you took a talent like Alex and gave him all the advantages of this era it's folly to say he wouldn't be successful

Your thoughts on the praise Higgins received?

As high as 2nd all-time in terms of peak performance apparently?

I'm fairly new to snooker.

Still my top 5 greatest is as follows:

Ronnie
Hendry
Davis
Higgins
Selby

Williams just behind.

Ronnie is my favourite, then Williams and Hendry.

I need to read up a bit more about Hendry :)

He pretty much invented Ronnie's game
You'd struggle compare anything before that due to the equipment
They wouldn't play like today on 70s tables.

Ray Reardon practically made Ronnie's safety game when he was his coach in 2004. Ronnie often says this aswell it made him the complete all round player.

Its brought up in the Ray Reardon documentary on the I Player.
