I genuinely think there is a possibility that Hearn invested a lot of money into Benn prior to October 2022 and is desperate for a return on said investment. Hence why he's stood by him so strongly throughout the scandal. I believe Hearn knows they can generate a ton of money with the Eubank bout, which would probably serve as a cash-out of sorts and offer Hearn to recoup some of his initial investment.
Deep down, Hearn probably knows that Benn is going to get found out at World or European level.
I think the fight Hearn would like would be Kell Brook as it is the only fight out of the names I’ve seen mentioned he could realistically win. I hope Brook doesn’t come out of retirement to give Benn the payday. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a boxer as dislikable as Connor Benn.

Two interesting press conferences for the Taylor v Catterall rematch.
Taylor comes across as the most dislikeabke active U.K. boxer after Connor Benn for me.

Massive gulf in talent between Taylor and Benn though.
That said, I suspect Taylor is past his best and Catterall will beat him in the rematch.

Taylor looks shot to pieces to me, first fight whilst being boring was a disgusting robbery which denied Catterall the chance to go in the history books as an undisputed world champion, hope taylor gets stretchered out of the building but this will "another" wide decision win for Catterall.
