The wife wanted a wii a couple years ago & I got her one for Christmas, she used it for 2 or 3 months & it now sits unplugged at the side of my DVD playerJustin Credible wrote:same here.
Wife bought a play station and the only time I use it is when I am watching tv shows I have downloaded via a flashstick.

You play Chess, I play computer games. Each to their own
A lot of games are tactics based, others are very much adult in their content. In the past, it was very much a case that video games are just for kids but it's definitely not the case now.hang the dj wrote: I'm with Sprocket on this one, chess is a game for intellectuals but video games are for kids

I do find it odd though when you seem people playing things like darts, snooker, tennis etc on consoles.
Why don't they just go out and play real darts, snooker and tennis?
I agree, you might as well just go and play for real. Saving the world from alien invasion however.....Sprocket501 wrote:Grazer, I'm just messing about.
